Well, I even have to assert that I've tried the vast majority of recipes in this ebook and they've all been bland and mediocre at highest. I truly WANTED to like it... so I stored trying completely different recipes. The backside line: I've realized to make some superb, flavorful sluggish cooker dishes from cookbooks, however I cannot recommend a SINGLE recipe in this one.
I've been on the weight loss program for a few yrs now, so I do use low carb cookbook recipes a LOT and am very cautious to practice the instructions. I use my gradual cooker weekly and have discovered better recipes for free on the web and from Dana Carpenter's guides (though I even haven't considered Dana's new gradual cooker e book yet).
