To lose weight is one nasty business. You put in the fat then it is your responsibility to trim it down. Mind you, trim those fats responsibly. Diet means eating the proper kind of food making sure that you take the proper nutrients needed by your body. It doesn't necessarily mean that you have to remove the meat in your daily meals and just eat fruits and vegetables. It will be good to be a vegetarian but if your body is used in having meat, it is not a good idea to stop eating such abruptly for your body is used to the nutrients brought about by the said food group. That is why we call it a "healthy diet" since we put into consideration the fact that your body still gets its much needed nutrients.

There are two types of fibers: Soluble fiber and insoluble fiber. Both soluble and insoluble fiber are undigested. They are therefore not getting absorbed into the bloodstream.
