* Physical Activity - Exercise has more benefits than just losing weight. It can help lower cholesterol and triglycerides, reduce blood sugar, and reduce your chances of getting a disease. Weight loss can also help bring down high blood pressure.
There are many diet and exercise programs you can choose from. Some of the more popular ones are; Atkins Diet, South Beach Diet, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, and Best Life Diet.
Whatever diet you choose, the most important factor is sticking with your diet and exercise regularly.
