3.Atkins Diet- This program calls for absolutely no carbohydrates at all. The philosophy behind this is that once the body has burned all the carbohydrates it can find, it then begins to burn the excess fat, making you loose weight quickly and efficiently.

Ok, so you have heard of all of these programs, and aren’t interested in them. Well, there is always the good old Jenny Craig, Curves, and other fitness programs.
