South Beach Diet Recipe (Phase 1) - Egg White Buns

Egg White Buns - Free South Beach Diet Recipe (Phase 1)

Ingredients: South Beach Diet Food List

4 eggs -- room temp
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 teaspoon cream of
tartar
parmesan cheese -- litlte or
a lot - whatever

Instructions : South Beach Diet Cook Book - How to Prepare:
  • Set oven to 300
  • Seperate CAREFULLY your eggs.
  • Beat your whites until stiff peaks form, add cream of tartar, keep beating till really stiff.
  • Mix yolks, and cheeses together, add a little of your white to the yolk mixture .
  • Slowly fold in your yolk mixture, trying not to break the whites down, streaky is okay.
  • Pour in 6 globs on a greasy cookie sheet or in a greased muffin top pan.
  • Bake for 35-40
  • Great as a sandwich
