Chicken Breasts (I buy a huge bag of boneless skinless breasts frozen at costco)
1. Take the breasts out of the freezer and place in a ziplock bag. Add cold water and let sit for 10 minutes or so. (You can skip this and go straight to the oven step, with no problems)
2. Pour out the water and add your favorite vinegar and oil salad dressing.
3. You can either marinade in this for 30 min if you have time, or just bake in a 375 * oven in the dressing for 30 minutes.
4. Here is the clincher. After 30 minutes dump out the dressing and top the chicken however you like. Add feta and tomatoes, or green pepper slices and onion with provolone, a slice of canadian bacon and swiss, bacon bits and cheddar, spagetti sauce pepperoni and mozzerella, basically whatever ya got that you like. Cook for an additional 5 - 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
